Shipping Policy
Bee-Hemp Inc typically
uses U.S. Postal Service (USPS). The shipping information listed below is
subject to modification by these third party shipping companies.
USPS Priority is the
pre-selected method of shipping. In addition to priority service, we
offer USPS Next Day.
The costs of which will be displayed at checkout. All other needs will
require a quote. Your response will be required to process your order.
In certain instances depending
upon shipping location/destination, it may be necessary to ship via FedEx,
DHL or other common carriers. If this is the customer selected method,
prior approval and additional charges will be incurred according to method
of choice.
For international
shipments USPS Global Express (less than 70 pounds).
For items not able to be
shipped by USPS service will require Bee-Hemp Inc to quote to you the
shipping cost based upon your specific needs. A quote is usually sent to
you within 24 hours of your purchase via email. Your response will be
required to process your order. After your order is processed, you will be
notified of your estimated delivery date and time. If an authorized person
18 years or older is not available to sign for the delivery, a more
convenient time will need to be arranged for you.

Should Availability of
product become an issue an email notice will be sent within 24 hours of
order receipt.
If the shipment time is
critical, notify us by calling 1 -800-581-1128 code:00, 10:00 AM to 10:00
PM Pacific Time, before or immediately after you have placed your order.
Please leave a message if necessary or this will cause further delay.
USPS priority is our
default method of shipping and pricing can be found on our shipping page.
Explanation of Shipping Methods
USPS PRIORITY MAIL usually
delivers within 1-5 days to most domestic destinations, depending upon
location.

USPS GLOBAL EXPRESS MAIL is a reliable high-speed method
for mailing time-sensitive items to most international destinations.
Usually delivers within 2-5 days of being shipped, depending on the
destination and customs and local mail service. See disclaimer below.
Not all methods of shipping are available in all areas.
Please remember that
the above shipping schedules are estimates and actual results may vary
depending on circumstances. If the shipment time is critical for your
order please notify our Customer Service before or immediately after you
have placed your order.
Important
Disclaimer for Shipments via United States Postal Service
Shipments performed by United States Postal Service (USPS)
and your local postal authority provide an economic alternative to other
parcel delivery service companies. However, the USPS shipping methods
provided by Bee-Hemp Inc, do not provide the same level of reliability,
the ability to track your shipments, do not offer expedient claims
handling for lost shipments as compared to services offered by other
parcel delivery service companies. For this reason, Bee-Hemp Inc. hereby
disclaims all financial or personal responsibility for shipments via USPS.
Bee-Hemp Inc has fulfilled its obligation when it has delivered the
shipment to the United States postal authority and prepaid the cost on
your behalf.

Orders are shipped as stated. Please allow 5-10 days for your order to
arrive. If you have not received your order by the 10th
business day (M-F), please notify us (by email is best
hempcone@bellsouth.net),
and we will track your order and respond with the results. Allow us 24
hours to respond as we do all processes manually. We cannot control email
services that reject our emails so please send your full contact
information including phone number should we need to call to respond.

The United States controls
the export of products and information. By using Bee-Hemp Inc and it’s
methods of ordering/shipping, the Customer agrees to comply with such
restrictions and not export or re-export products purchased from Bee-Hemp
Inc to countries or persons prohibited under the export control laws.
Further more, by using Bee-Hemp Inc the Customer also agrees that the
Customer is not in a country where such export is prohibited or a person
or entity to which such export is prohibited. The Customer is responsible
for compliance with the laws of the Customer's local jurisdiction
regarding import, export and re-export of products and information.
Customs, Duties, Import
and Brokerage Fees:
Custom procedures vary by country and agent, we recommend that you check
with local officials regarding costs and procedures. Bee-Hemp Inc is not
responsible for customs and duties charges or delays caused by custom
officials, shipping agents or flight delays. Customers are responsible for
all duties and taxes and will be billed for all that are charged back to
Bee-Hemp Inc after the initial shipment. By not accepting the delivery of
an international order, the Customer will be responsible for all shipping
costs and any other applicable fees.
Orders submitted are sent
to shipping process immediately after being placed with Bee-Hemp Inc. To
cancel an order, contact Bee-Hemp Inc within 1 hour after placing your
order, (by email is best
hempcone@bellsouth.net).
Depending upon circumstances of your order, we cannot guarantee that your
order can be canceled outside this time period. No cancellation fees will
be incurred.
Once an order ships, it
cannot be canceled and must be treated as a return.
Shipping costs will not be
refunded only the cost of the item only will be refunded.

If you are dissatisfied
with an order or have
received the wrong items,
you must
e-mail

or call within 2 days of receiving shipment. All Items being
returned must be in new condition with original packaging, post marked
within ten
(10)
days of receipt of shipment, but no later than
thirty (30)
days after date of shipment. Customers are responsible for the shipping
costs for returns and/or exchanges. However, Bee-Hemp Inc will pay the
shipping costs (including shipping refunds) if the return is a result of
our error. All items returned in non-resalable condition, or have missing
parts, upon inspection will be charged an additional fee, at Bee-Hemp
Inc’s discretion. (Return Tracking Number required, please see
How to Return Products.)
Non-Returnable Products
Clearance and sales items, or any items opened and
partially used. If you receive one of the above products and believe it
to be damaged or defective you must call Bee-Hemp Inc within 2 days of
receiving the product (shipment arrival date is determined by delivery confirmation
service notices provided by USPS or other shipment service, not just by
phone call received).
Goods Damaged or Missing as a Result of Shipment by
Common Carrier
We highly suggest that our customers also inspect the
items before accepting delivery. If products appear to be damaged in
shipment, do not accept delivery, if your order is delivered without a
signature and damage is found, please call Bee-Hemp Inc immediately.
Most carriers require claims to be filed within 10 days of delivery.
Bee-Hemp Inc works hard to insure that our customers receive their orders
undamaged, and can assist you in filling a claim, but our responsibility
for damage ends when the carrier accepts the shipment. Therefore it is
important to quickly file claims with the carrier to insure that your
claim can be documented for later reimbursement.
To return products, we
require that you contact our Customer Service so that we can properly
track and process your return. We will give you approval and instructions
at the time of your call. To contact Customer Service, send an E-mail to

or if you prefer, contact our Customer Service Center at our toll free
number, 1-800-581-1128 code:00. We cannot issue a refund without speaking
to you for approval.
Make sure the return is post marked within ten (10) days of receipt of shipment, but no later than thirty(30) days after date of shipment(original order shipment date). Our
Customer Service will instruct you on how to return merchandise after
approval only. For all returns, we recommend that you use a traceable
means. If you use USPS for shipment, we recommend you insure and/or use
tracking for the package since other methods will not be traceable. If we
do not receive the package, we cannot issue the refund.

We will notify you via
e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed your returned
item. You can expect your refund in the form of Bee-Hemp Inc business
check within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days of your notification
(received and processed return notification). Please note that we refund
shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error, and returned
post marked within ten
(10)
days of receipt of shipment, but no later than
thirty (30)
days after date of shipment (original order shipment date).
